ACLS and PALS Update Course
Target Audience:
Persons with a valid AHA ACLS or PALS Provider Certificate that is about to expire who want to update their provider status.
Prerequisites:
Current (near-expiring) AHA ACLS or PALS Provider Certificate and the current edition of the relevant course manual are required prior to enrolment.
Course Structure:
Participants complete pre-study materials (current provider manual and online assessments) before attending the one-day in-person session. The in-person day covers skills review and practical evaluation.
Assessment and Preparation:
Self-directed pre-study using the current AHA provider manual and online assessments is completed before the in-person day. Practical skills and scenario-based evaluation are conducted during the in-person session.
