ACLS for Experienced Providers
Target Audience:
Designed for healthcare professionals who are in possession of a current American Heart Association ACLS Provider Certificate. Particularly suited to EMS, Emergency Department and ICU staff, and medical practitioners who regularly participate in resuscitation.

- ACLS skills update and advanced airway/oxygenation techniques
- Circulation devices and emergency cardiac pharmacology
- Dangerous arrhythmias and acute chest pain conditions
- Electrolyte and acid-base disorders, toxicology
- Hypothermia and submersion incidents
- Severe asthma and anaphylaxis
- Pregnancy-related cardiac arrest
- Shock management, pulmonary oedema, hypotension
- Trauma and electrical injuries
- Legal and ethical considerations, post-resuscitation care
Course Structure:
Intense practical and case-based learning with discussion and hands-on practice, guided by positive and constructive feedback.
Assessment and Preparation:
A 444-page AHA ACLS Resource Text is supplied to participants before the Course.
